Our Girl star Michelle Keegan is only following hors d’ouevres as she heads off alone after an LA lunch with hubby Mark Wright.
And Michelle, 30, could be set to hang up her dog tags for good as she tries out a Hollywood posting to support Mark in his career.
Our exclusive photos of the couple come as sources say Michelle is considering spending six months a year in Los Angeles, hoping for her own uS call-up.
Mark, 31 yesterday – hailed by TV insiders as “the new James Corden” – is said to be desperate for her to spend more time at his side.
The source said: “Michelle hasn’t had any luck in Hollywood so far but it would be perfect for them.
“Surprisingly, it’s Mark who has become the hit – until now Michelle was the star in the family.”
Mark’s success threatens to eclipse Michelle after the ex Corrie star’s latest outing in BBC drama Our Girl failed to impress viewers.
The source added: “They have a private rivalry. It’s good humoured, but he’s now well in the lead.
“She’s feeling a bit like the local girl who never went beyond her own country right now.
“Michelle is ready to start a family but Mark’s on a roll and doesn’t want to be sidetracked.
“He’s been urging her to move to LA to support him.” No sweat, Mark, we’re sure Our Girl’s no deserter.
